Job Description:
As the General Manager at Mold Medics, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the overall operation of Mold Medics.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and achieve company goals.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to foster a positive and high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote Mold Medics' services and expand our client base.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the mold remediation or related industry.
- Strong understanding of mold remediation processes, regulations, and best practices.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
